Social independence evaluation index for Japanese patients with childhood-onset chronic diseases

Abstract: IntroductionThis study established an independent evaluation index for patients with childhood-onset chronic diseases in Japan.MethodsFrom November to December 2020, three Delphi rounds were conducted.
