Social iniquities in Primary Healthcare and intersectoral action: a descriptive study

Abstract: Objective: To analyze Primary Healthcare with regards to dealing with social inequities through actions targeted at Social Determinants of Health, from the perspective of Family Health Strategy Professionals.
