Social partnership as a way to prepare children without parental care for independent living

Abstract: More and more attention is paid to the problem of post-foster home support and foster children adaptation. Social partnership is becoming a serious resource for solving various social problems in modern society.The number of subjects of public-private partnership is expanding: public organizations, business representatives who become full partners with the authorities.Subjects of public-private partnership, using different mechanisms, solve various social problems, including in the field of social orphanhood.
