“…Reflective practices primarily supported individual workers in attempting to generate individual practice responses based on local contexts and as a way to tune into their emotional needs when negotiating unknown territory in search of understanding and reassurance. While organizations have an obligation to care for their staff, workplace well-being schemes are undermined by performance targets and high workloads (Cornejo, 2020).
