Socio-economic aspects of the formation of the affordability of residential real estate

Abstract: The main definitions of the concepts of “market” and “social” affordability of housing are proposed in the article. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of modern methods of assessing the affordability of residential real estate, described in domestic and foreign literature, and in the official documents.
