Sociodemographic Characteristics and Job Satisfaction of Psychiatrists in China: Results From the First Nationwide Survey

Abstract: The aim of the study was to establish a comprehensive understanding of the sociodemographic characteristics of psychiatrists in China and their working environment and job satisfaction.
