Sodium bicarbonate supplementation in resistance exercise performance, perceived exertion and blood lactate concentration

Abstract: Aim: The aim was to evaluate the effect of sodium bicarbonate supplementation (NaHCO 3 ) in repetition performance, perceived exertion and blood lactate concentration.
