Abstract:Long-term energy storage is a bottleneck in the large-scale development of renewable energy, addressing the mismatch between renewable energy utilization and electricity demand. Sodium exhibits significant advantages in energy density, storage cost, and energy release efficiency, enabling large-scale storage and convenient transportation.
