Software and algorithmic decision support tools for real estate selection and quality assessment

Abstract: This paper describes the development of an algorithm for comprehensive assessment the quality level of real estate objects based on multicriteria estimation. Existing approaches to assessment and two main groups of parameters are noted. The module of pre-processing and structuring of records about real estate objects based on text processing is presented.
