Software Application Profile: PHESANT: a tool for performing automated phenome scans in UK Biobank

Abstract: MotivationEpidemiological cohorts typically contain a diverse set of phenotypes such that automation of phenome scans is non-trivial, because they require highly heterogeneous models.
