Abstract: Abstract-Functional radiosurgery is a noninvasive stereotactic technique that requires magnetic resonance image (MRI) sets with high spatial resolution. Gradient nonlinearities introduce geometric distortions that compromise the accuracy of MRI-based stereotactic localization.
