PurposeThe advancement of digital maturity at a business level has proven to be challenging, with limited time, resources and skills in extracting and mapping business processes. In order to advance digitalization, the mapping of all business activities is essential. To close this gap, this research is aimed at enabling the operational level extraction and classification of business activities using a graphical methodology. This objective is accomplished through the development of a digital tool that leverages Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.Design/methodology/approachThis research is focused on facilitating rapid extraction of business activities with the adoption of a graphical methodology. Business activities are captured through a digital tool in a structured, interlinked and hierarchical manner.FindingsNotably, this work is novel as it introduces a new graphical tool to replace traditional tools in the domain of Business Process Mapping (BPM). This graphical tool is distinguished by a unique feature; that is a self-configuring database with the flexibility to capture all process options, providing innovative solutions to the challenges faced in digitalizing business processes.Originality/valueThis work is original in that a new graphical interface is developed to replace traditional tools in the space of BP data gathering. The unique challenge of an auto configuring database with flexibility to capture all process options is presented.

SMA N 1 Nusa Penida merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang terletak di Jalan Pendidikan Desa Ped, kecamatan Nusa Penida. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan wakil kepala sekolah satu bidang akademik, dari awal pandemi Covid-19 pada tahun 2020 hingga sekarang saat penelitian ini dibuat sekolah ini hanya menggunakan Google Forms sebagai tempat mengumpulkan tugas dan Whatsapp Group sebagai media untuk proses pembelajaran. SMA N 1 Nusa Penida sebelumnya sudah mempunyai rencana dalam pengembangan Learning Management System menggunakan Moodle. Namun rencana tersebut belum bisa direalisasikan karena kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang ada atau lebih tepatnya belum ada tim IT sekolah yang berkompeten untuk mengembangkannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Agile dengan pendekatan Scrum. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah Learning Management System berbasis website yang dikembangkan menggunakan Moodle. Sistem ini mempunyai 16 fitur atau Product Backlog yang dibagi menjadi 8 Sprint berdasarkan fungsionalitas dari Product Backlog. Setiap Sprint akan menjalankan Daily Scrum dan Sprint Review.

The current stage of development of the student sports movement is characterized by the emergence of new tasks of physical education in universities. In the conditions of professionalization of sports and commercialization, universities that provide an opportunity to receive higher professional education are the guarantors not only of securing highly qualified athletes in the region but also of maintaining the system of sports training. The researchers created an E-Board Sports Management Information System with SMS Support: Usability, Maintainability, Accuracy to manage the sports that the school offers. Researchers use Rapid Application Development Model (RAD) in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Both developmental and descriptive research approaches were employed in this study. This system is intended to assess the system's usability in terms of understandability and operability. Determine the level of maintainability in terms of analyzability and testability. Finally, assess the developed system's accuracy. The finding implied was very good in terms of usability, maintainability, and accuracy.
