Abstract: Nanocrystalline, non-metal (C, N, and S)-doped ZnO spherical clusters are successfully synthesized through a sustainable thermo-evolution method. Solar photocatalysts with high catalytic efficiency in the order C-ZnO < N-ZnO < S-ZnO are prepared.
