An organization or business entity has multiple goals, including providing happiness to stakeholders, fostering harmony with the surrounding environment and nature, and instilling universal, transcendental values in each member. The role of each individual in an organization or business entity is crucial as they are the source of human power. Therefore, self-control is an important aspect that must be addressed. According to various studies, organizations or business entities that incorporate spirituality in their activities have proven to be sustainable and successful. The Management Control System (MCS) can play a role in achieving this. This study adopts a qualitative, exploratory research approach to gain a deeper understanding of the essence of the MCS based on the Cattari Ariya Saccani approach. which is not well known to the public and could lead to the creation of a new conceptual model. Cattari Ariya Saccani is a Buddhist teaching that integrates self-control with noble values and spiritual dimensions, different from the general MCS, making it suitable for exploring its unique essence. This study aims to contribute to existing theory by providing insights into the Cattari Ariya Saccani approach to MCS, which balances material, rational, and formal aspects of MCS with spiritual and ethical considerations. This research contributes to the literature by advancing the understanding of integrating religious principles into the business and management context. The practical implications suggest that organizations could consider adopting Buddhist principles through the Cattari Ariya Saccani approach as a means to enhance wisdom and ethical decision-making, as well as to promote sustainability in their operations.

A Hybrid Photovoltaic Thermal (PVT) system is one of the most emerging and energy-efficient technologies in the area of solar energy engineering. This review paper provides a comprehensive review of hybrid PVT systems in the context of the history of PVT, general classification, and parameter analysis. Several cell technologies with spectrum analysis are discussed to understand the application’s ability and energy efficiency. Hybrid PVT concept, characteristics, and structure analysis is also discussed in this study. An extensive analysis on the classifications of hybrid PVT systems from the recent literature is also presented here. These literatures are identified based on several criteria. In order to provide a complete and energy-efficient technology, an innovative classification of the hybrid PVT system is proposed in this paper. This proposed classification is a combination and upgrade of various existing classifications mentioned in recent research studies. Parameters have a significant and unavoidable impact on the performance and efficiency of the hybrid PVT system. A brief analysis of different parameters and the optimization of the system is conducted after reviewing recent research articles. This analysis provides insights into the impact of parameter variations on the system. A novel parameter model comprising parametric and optimistic analyses is also presented in this paper. It provides a detailed parametric description that significantly affects the performance and efficiency of the hybrid PVT system. Finally, the assessment focuses on a critical analysis of the main challenges in adopting PVT technology and suggests ways to overcome these barriers.

A photovoltaic (PV) system is composed of a PV panel, controller and boost converter. This review article presents a critical review, contributing to a better understanding of the interrelationship of all these internal devices in the PV system, their respective layouts, fundamental working principles, and architectural effects. The PV panel is a power-generating device. A controller is an electronic device that controls the circulating circuits in a PV system to collect as much PV output as possible from the solar panel. The boost converter is an intermediate device that regulates the PV output based on the duty cycle provided by the controller. This review article also updates readers on the latest information regarding the technological evolution of these interconnected devices, along with their predicted future scope and challenges. Regarding the research on PV panels, this paper explains in depth the mathematical modeling of PV cells, the evolution of solar cell technology over generations, and their future prospects predicted based on the collected evidence. Then, connection patterns of PV modules are studied to better understand the effect of PV array configuration on photovoltaic performance. For the controller, state-of-the-art maximum power point tracking (MPPT) techniques are reviewed under the classification to reveal near-term trends in MPPT applications. On the other hand, various converter topologies proposed from 2020 to 2022 are reviewed in terms of tested frequency, voltage gain, and peak efficiency to comprehend recent evolution trends and future challenges. All presented information is intended to facilitate and motivate researchers to deepen relevant applications in the future.
