Solar Water Heating

Abstract: One of the most durable applications of solar energy for over 100 years has been the use of the Sun to heat water. In this article, a number of topics relevant to this general thrust are given. Included are discussions of various types of collectors, how their performance can be assessed, and sources of performance information on commercial units.
