Solid‐Liquid Interface Based Biphasic Reaction for Nanomaterial Preparation: Bundled CuO Nanorods as an Example and Their Outstanding Photocatalytic Efficiencies
Abstract:For the first time, a novel environmentally friendly solid‐liquid interface based biphasic reaction process for preparation of nanostructured oxide materials was developed. The process was demonstrated to produce bundled CuO nanorods, which were further shown to be an outstanding catalyst for sun‐light assisted heterogeneous Fenton processes for degradation of RhB, a model recalcitrant organic pollutant.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
