“…One of the strategies used to enhance thermal stability of PPY was synthesis multiwalled carbon nanotubes-PPY composite. Compared to PPY, multiwalled carbon nanotubes-PPY composite showed higher thermal stability and charge delocalization properties [21,22]. Also, the changing of synthesis medium from aqueous to organic medium led to enhance thermal stability of PPY fibers [23].…”

“…Compared to those obtained by HPLC (0.15 ng/mL) (Li, Cai, Shi, Mou, & Jiang, 2008); GC-MS (0.10 ng/mL) (Yuan, Liu, Liao, & Chang, 2002); SPME-GC (0.08 ng/mL) (Asadollahzadeh, Noroozian, & Maghsoudi, 2010) and previous immunoassay methods (97 ng/L) (Ius et al, 1993); (200 ng/mL) (Goda et al, 2000), the LOD of this assay (0.01 ng/mL) is lower. In the immunoassay, the sensitivity was expressed by IC 50 value, the lower of the IC 50 value, the higher sensitivity of the assay would be (Wang et al, 2009).…”

“…The IC 50 values were calculated to be 17.12, 20.42, 22.28, 47.86, 43.65, 38.9, 102.57 and 64.57 ng mL À1 , and the LODs were 0.013, 0.013, 0.012, 0.042, 0.035, 0.021, 0.017 and 0.016 ng mL À1 for DMP, DEP, DBP, DEHP, DnOP, BBP, DCHP and DNP, respectively. Compared with instrumental analysis, the LOD of DBP in aqueous sample was 0.07 ng mL À1 by gas chromatography separation and ame ionization detection using a solid phase micro-extraction cleanup, 38 while that of DEHP in river surface water was 9.3 ng mL À1 by GC-MS; 39 thus, our method has a higher sensitivity. 22 It can be seen that besides DMP, DnOP and DBP, the other ve PAEs also have lower LODs with the polyclonal antibody prepared in this study.…”
