Abstract:Self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery system (SNEDDS) is capable of enhancing the solubility of class II BCS drugs with low solubility in water such as mefenamic acid. This system facilitates the process of solubilization to spontaneously occur in the digestive tract with little agitation.
