Solitary fibrous renal tumor with thrombus extension into the inferior vena cava and right atrium

Abstract: A solitary fibrous tumor of the kidney with thrombus extended into the inferior vena cava and right atrium is very rare. The current surgical approach is to combine intra-abdominal and cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass.
