Abstract:We present a rare case of a solitary intracranial plasmacytoma of the brain parenchyma in a 49-year-old female who presented with neck pain/headache, paresthesias, and auditory hallucinations. A workup revealed a solitary left parietal lobe brain lesion and a biopsy demonstrated a plasma cell infiltrate consistent with an extramedullary plasmacytoma.
