We report a case of a 53-year-old man who presented with twonodules in the lower lobe and one nodule in the upper lobe of theright lung almost 7 years after radical prostatectomy for pT3aN0M0,Gleason 4+5 disease, without evidence of osseous or lymphaticspread. Surgical resection of the lower lung nodules confirmedmetastases, but prostate-specific antigen did not drop to undetectablelevels. Isolated pulmonary metastases from prostate cancerare rare with only 33 previously described cases in the Englishlanguageliterature, 18 of which were solitary metastases. Wereview the principles of management, including metastasectomyand long-term prognosis.

rostate cancer metastases can spread to bone, lymph nodes, liver, lungs, and dura. Bone metastases occur in approximately 90% of patients with advanced disease and are a leading cause of morbidity.1,2 Lung metastasis of prostate cancer usually presents with pleural effusion and reticular opacities that show lymphatic infiltration.3 Isolated, solid mass-like metastases are uncommon. Only three cases of prostate cancer, that metastasize to solely lung, have been reported. [4][5][6] There is no reported case that has both solitary lung and brain metastases. Our case had both of the without the lymph node or bone metastasis. It is important to note that changes in treatment modalities in differentiating lung cancer.

Sarcomas of the prostate are rare tumors. Imaging plays an important role in the management and diagnosis of patients with prostate sarcomas. Their clinic-pathologic features are well described, but the imaging features of these tumors have rarely been documented in the literature and have appeared mainly as case reports. Herein, we present a rare case of metastatic spindle cell sarcoma of prostate with computed tomography imaging findings. Keywords: Prostate sarcoma, metastasis, CT imaging ÖzetProstat sarkomları nadir tümörlerdendir. Görüntüleme prostat sarkomu tanı ve tedavi yönetiminde önemli bir rol oynar. Prostat sarkomunun klinik-patolojik bulguları iyi tanımlanmış olmasına rağmen görüntüleme bulguları ise daha az sayıda derlenmiş ve vaka raporları şeklinde sunulmuştur. Burada, biz oldukça nadir görülen metastatik spindle hücreli prostat sarkomu vakasını bilgisayarlı tomografi gö-rüntüleme bulguları eşliğinde sunduk.
