In this study, the gravimetric method was used to measure the solubility of salbutamol in ten pure and binary mixed organic solvents, including methanol, isobutanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, 1-propanol, 1-butanol, 2-butanol, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, acetone, and methanol + 2-butanol, in the range of 283.15−328.15 K at atmospheric pressure. The solubility curve showed an increasing trend with an increase in temperature. In addition, the modified Apelblat model, λh model, van't Hoff, van't Hoff−Jouyban−Acree, and Apelblat−Jouyban−Acree model were used to fit the experimental data, and the fitting results were satisfactory. Compared with other models, the Apelblat model showed the highest agreement with the experimental data. This work provides important data for the synthesis and purification of salbutamol.
