Solution of Neumann boundary value problem for electrical field in anisotropic region at Hall measurements

Abstract: The paper suggests a method to solve Neumann boundary value problem with heterogeneous boundary conditions for electric field potential in relatively weak magnetic field in linear approximation. This occurs while measuring Hall effect with the help of probe methods. The expression for Hall field potential has been obtained, which is convenient for further practical use.
