Abstract: A metal oxide-based interconnecting and window layer consisting of a molybdenum oxide (MoO3)/Zn-doped In2O3 (IZO) bilayer was investigated in efficient solution-processed perovskite/n-Si monolithic tandem solar cells using formamidinium cesium lead triiodide, FA0.9Cs0.1PbI3, and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/poly(polystyrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS).
