Solutions for the P(x)-Laplacian With Dependence on the Gradient
Abstract:This paper is concerned with the existence of nontrivial solutions for p(x)-Laplacian equations with gradient dependence − div |∇u| p(x)−2 ∇u + |u| p(x)−2 u = f (x, u, |∇u| p(x)−2 ∇u) in Ω, u = 0 on ∂Ω, (P) The techniques are based on an iterative scheme of Mountain Pass "approximated" solutions.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
