Abstract:This article discusses the incorrectness of the inverse pharmacokinetics problem for a three-chamber linear model. The formulation of the pharmacokinetics problem for a three-chamber linear model is described. The direct problem is the Cauchy problem for a system of ordinary differential equations. Solving a direct problem analytically, the concentration for the first camera is determined. Using the Laplace transform to solve the inverse problem for given experimental ones, the existence of four solutions is p… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
