Solving frontier problems of physics by decomposition method: a new approach

Abstract: This paper outlines a computational method for solving differential equations (PDE) written in canonical form including Dirichlet’s conditions on a bounded domain of R2. The problem is expressed in terms of minimization of a quadratic functional, then solved numerically by the decomposition method.
