Solvothermal synthesis of rhombic shape GdF<sub>3</sub>:Tb<sup>3+</sup> nanoparticles for biomedical applications

Abstract: Purpose of the study. In this work, we have investigated the mechanism of structure formation of GdF3:Tb3+(15 %) nanocrystals synthesized by solvothermal synthesis in the temperature range from RT to 200 °C with a step of 50 °C.Materials and methods.
