“…Το ίδιο συνέβει και σε έκφυτα (φύλλα και κοτυληδόνες) κυπαρισσιού σε υπόστρωμα MS (50%) περιεκτικότητας σε ανόργανα στοιχεία (Juniperus excelsa L.) στο οποίο προστέθηκαν 100 mg/l γλουταμίνης (Shanjani, 2003). Από την άλλη, σε έκφυτα καλαμποκιού (Zea Mays L.) η προσθήκη ασπαραγίνης (100-200 mg/l) σε υπόστρωμα MS που περιείχε 2,4-D (1 mg/l) αύξησε σημαντικά το ποσοστό καλλογένεσης (Shohael et al, 2003).
