Somatic Embryogenesis of Dendrobium lasianthera X Dendrobium antennatum with the Addition of BA and NAA

Abstract: Somatik embriogenesis merupakan teknik perbanyakan kultur in vitro melalui proses pembelahan sel yang berasal dari bagian tanaman untuk membentuk embrio menjadi tanaman baru. Perbanyakan tersebut didukung oleh penambahan BA dan NAA dalam media untuk memicu terbentuknya kalus.
