Somatic systemic complications of pancreatic necrosis: a review of the literature

Abstract:The analysis of publications devoted to the pathogenesis and prediction of the most frequent complications of patients with pancreatic necrosis was carried out. It was revealed that the issues of development and prevention of the described complications require further study, which will help in creating a personalized model for predicting complications necessary to justify preventive measures and reduce the mortality rate in patients of this category.
