To achieve the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement, countries and regions, cities and municipalities, companies and organizations adopt and implement climate plans. The Nordic countries are among the leaders in this activity. Therefore, familiarization with the experience of the Nordic countries in this direction is of particular interest. This toolkit presents both climate change mitigation and adaptation plans being developed and implemented at various levels, primarily in the Nordic countries. Also presented are materials on Russian experience in this area and general materials directly related to climate change mitigation and adaptation. This compilation of materials is part of an information package prepared within the framework of the project “Strengthening the network of non-profit organizations in Russia and the Nordic countries to promote climate mitigation for local development”, with the support of the Nordic Council of Ministers, AirClim (Sweden) in cooperation and thanks to the exchange of experience of NGOs Northwest Russia, Sweden, Norway, Finland and other countries.

On the basis of all the changes taking place at the enterprise, there is a change in the conditions in the environment of the economic entity, which forces it to constantly adapt to new conditions to minimize negative consequences and increase efficiency. At the same time, the organization itself can also provoke changes in the external environment by selling new types of products and expanding markets. Leaders of modern enterprises in a market economy must understand the inevitability of organizational change and the need to adapt to current requirements to remain competitive in the market. This article discusses the change management methodologies and the control tasks for changing the project and its factors. The approaches used in change management are highlighted. As a methodological basis of the paper, methods for studying economic processes and modeling methods were used. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the formation of managerial and organizational measures to increase the speed of the change management system for large projects. The definitions of change, concept, and scopes are studied. The methodology for change management has been researched. The features of change management in projects of enterprises are described. The relevance of the topic is connected with the idea of change, which is part of modern business.

In this article, the authors have identified the process of technology transfer development, identified the most promising areas for the development of small and medium-sized innovative businesses. In recent years, understanding the combination of technology transfer and innovation strategy has become a key element in ensuring the development and growth of SMEs, as it has expanded their opportunities to be part of networks and facilitated their access to international markets. The authors of the article examined the basic concepts on this topic, analyzed the experience of foreign countries in terms of technology transfer, and also revealed the main problems that are an obstacle to the implementation of an innovation strategy. It is concluded that without effective cooperation and the formation of an innovative infrastructure supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, the activation of the technology transfer process is impossible, and small and medium-sized enterprises can balance their limited resources with careful participation in networks.
