Some Issues and Developments in Computer‐Based Training (CBT)

Abstract: Computer-based training (CBT) is an area of training technology which is rapidly developing and should be considered in any discussion of new training initiatives. This paper attempts to identify some of the different training configurations in which CBT may occur.
