Abstract:A hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic set (HIFLS) that integrates both qualitative and quantitative evaluations is an extension of the linguistic set, intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS), hesitant fuzzy set (HFS) and hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy set (HIFS). It can describe the qualitative evaluation information given by the decision-makers (DMs) and reflect their uncertainty. In this article, we defined some new operational laws and comparative method for HIFLSs. Then, based on these operations, we propose two prioritized aggregation (PA) operators for HIFLSs: prioritized weighted averaging operator for HIFLSs (HIFLPWA) and prioritized weighted geometric operator for HIFLSs (HIFLPWG). Based on these aggregation operators, an approach for multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) is developed under the environment of HIFLSs. Finally, a practical example is given to show the practicality and effectiveness of the developed approach by comparing with the other representative methods.

Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS), proposed by Yager (2013), is a generalization of the notion of Atanassov's intuitionistic fuzzy set, which has received more and more attention. In this paper, first, we define the weighted Minkowski distance with interval‐valued PFSs. Second, inspired by the idea of the Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic variables, we define a new fuzzy variable called interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic variable set (IVPFLVS), and the operational laws, score function, accuracy function, comparison rules, and distance measures of the IVPFLVS are defined. Third, some aggregation operators are presented for aggregating the interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic information such as the interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic weighted averaging (IVPFLWA), interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic ordered weighted averaging (IVPFLOWA) , interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic hybrid averaging, and generalized interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic ordered weighted average operators. Fourth, some desirable properties of the IVPFLWA and IVPFLOWA operators, such as monotonicity, commutativity, and idempotency, are discussed. Finally, based on the IVPFLWA or interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic geometric weighted operator, a practical example is provided to illustrate the application of the proposed approach and demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems with 2-tuple linguistic information. Firstly, motivated by the ideas of Choquet integral and Shapley index, we propose three 2-tuple linguistic aggregation operators called Shapley 2-tuple linguistic Choquet averaging operator, Shapley 2-tuple linguistic Choquet geometric operator and generalized Shapley 2-tuple linguistic Choquet averaging operator. Then we discuss some properties of these operators, such as idempotency, monotonicity, boundary and commutativity. Secondly, if the information about the weights of decision makers (DMs) and attributes is incompletely known, we build two models to determine the optimal fuzzy measures on DM set and attribute set, respectively. Furthermore, we develop a new method for multiple attribute group decision making under 2-tuple linguistic environment based on the proposed operators. Finally, we apply the developed MAGDM method to select the most desirable emergency alternative and the validity of the developed method is verified by comparing the evaluation results with those obtained from the existing 2-tuple correlated aggregation operators.Keywords Multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) · 2-tuple linguistic · Choquet integral · Shapley
