Sonographic Diagnosis of Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome

Abstract: Two cases of superior mesenteric artery syndrome are presented. In both, conclusive diagnosis was made noninvasively in the presence of acute symptoms by obtaining details of the duodenum and vessels in a sonographic investigation.
