Sorghum as a substitute for corn in poultry feed

Abstract: The article substantiates the expediency of using sorghum grain (seeds) as a substitute for corn in feed for poultry. The aim of the study was to develop a recipe and technology for the preparation of compound feed of increased nutritional value for birds using sorghum grain subjected to IR - processing.
