Dental jewellery can sometimes lead to health problems, such as increase pain, infections, scarring, tooth injury, metal hypersensitivity reactions, localized periodontal disease, speech problems, and nerve damage. The types of dental jewels, their benefits and human complications are highlighted in this article.
