Spatial and Temporal Variations in Surface Water Quality of the Dam Reservoir in the Guenitra Basin, Algeria

Abstract: The objective of the study was to assess physicochemical parameters of Guenitra dam. We investigate its water quality from March to May 2017 by monitoring some important physical (EC, turbidity and Total Hardness) and chemical (pH, Ca +2 , Mg +2 , Cl -, SO4 -2 and TDS) parameters and nutrients (nitrogen and phosphorus) contents.
