Abstract

Here we employed spatial interaction networks created with MACSima™ imaging cyclic staining, navigating the complexity of myeloma architecture. Next, we provided insights into tissue composition and cell interactions at intra- and extramedullary sites, thus paving the way for theragnostic avenues.
