Speaker Verification Under Degraded Conditions Using Empirical Mode Decomposition Based Voice Activity Detection Algorithm

Abstract: The performance of most of the state-of-the-art speaker recognition (SR) systems deteriorates under degraded conditions, owing to mismatch between the training and testing sessions.
