The article is devoted to the study of the features of the legal model of incentive regimes for entrepreneurial activity in the field of creating digital innovations. The author analyzes the legislation on these regimes, as well as doctrinal studies, both in the field of legal modeling and in the field of establishing these incentive regimes. As a result, the concept of a legal model of incentive regimes for entrepreneurial activity in the field of digital innovations is formulated, and its features are identified. The shortcomings of modern models of incentive regimes are identified and proposals are made to improve their legal regulation in order to eliminate such shortcomings, as well as to increase the effectiveness of incentive regimes for entrepreneurial activity in the field of digital innovation.
