Specificity of weightlifting bench exercises in kayaking sprint performance: A perspective for neuromuscular training

Abstract: Several studies showed significant differences between bench lift exercises without investigating which is more related, in biomechanical and neuromuscular terms, to improve the sprint flatwater kayak performance.
