Spectacular Improvement of Paradoxical Reaction in Tuberculosis after Tumor Necrosis Factor-Alpha Antagonist Therapy

Abstract: We report the case of a 42-year-old immunocompetent Indian patient presenting with miliary tuberculosis complicated by respiratory failure requiring intubation. Conventional quadritherapy was initiated for wild-type Mycobacterium tuberculosis .
