This theoretical activity, which includes investigation of dissipative chaos [2,4,6,7] and a spontaneous generation of dc voltage in a purely ac-driven SSL [1,3,4,5,7,8,9,10], has been stimulated by a recent progress in the experimental studies of nonlinear electron transport in the SSLs driven by THz field [11].
