Spectral Analysis of Acoustic Emission Signals Using NI Systems

Abstract: This paper describes a software and hardware analytical complex of spectral characteristics. The analysis complex includes the research of the signals with the ability to create a database for identification. Analysis of the spectral characteristics by using special instruments - spectrum analyzer. Presents the results of the evaluation of scientific and practical significance of the software developed. Spectral data multichannel analyzer spectrum was obtained with DAQ-device National Instruments.

“…Base broadband signal characterizes expansion of its spectrum in comparison with a spectrum of an initial signal [5,6]. Expansion of a spectrum of frequencies can be carried out by multiplication of an initial signal to pseudorandom sequence with the period of recurrence T (including N bats pseudorandom sequence duration 0 everyone.…”

“…This transducer might be an actuator, generator, or sensor, or some combination of the three. The design and performance of a Microelectromechanical systems device is to a large extent determined by the performance of its transducer [6][7][8] . As such, new transducer technologies can dramatically impact the capabilities of CCPS devices.…”

“…The destruction of constructional material structures, including polymers, is effective chemical medium [1][2] .the influence of the aggressive medium on polymer is expressed in changing its structure and properties without destructions of the material integrity (cracking, loosening or swelling of the material surface to a certain degree) or causing its destruction. For nondestructive testing (NDT) by acoustic methods it is often necessary to generate probe pulses of complex forms [3][4] . The effectiveness and reliability of results from this testing depends on the accuracy and ability to reproduce these pulses.…”
