Abstract:The spectrophotometric and fluorescent characteristics of the surfactant-modified molybdenum (VI) – bromopyrogallol red reagent system were studied. The hydrophobic modification was achieved by adding cationic, nonionic surfactants, or, accordingly, mixtures of surfactant modifiers into the metal reagent system.
