Abstract: Abstract. Three visible spectrophotometric methods (A-C) were developed for the analysis of some β-blocker drugs, namely atenolol (ATE) and timolol (TIM) based on their reactivity with bromine, generated in situ by the action of hydrochloric acid on bromate-bromide mixture.
