Abstract:Oxidative coupling reaction is one of the simplest and fastest spectrophotometric methods for measuring sodium sulfacetamide (SCS) in pure formulations and pharmaceutical formulations (eye ointment) when compared to other methods that require difficult and costly operating conditions.
