Spectroscopic analysis of Eu3+ doped silica–titania–polydimethylsiloxane hybrid ORMOSILs

Abstract: Eu3+ doped silica–titania–polydimethylsiloxane ORMOSIL emits broad blue host band and characteristic Eu3+ emission peaks simultaneously when excited at 394 nm.
