Spectrum of magnetic resonance imaging findings in ovarian torsion

Abstract: PurposeOvarian torsion is the twisting of the ovary on its vascular pedicle resulting in vascular compromise. Diagnosis of ovarian torsion is challenging in patients who have atypical clinical or ultrasound (US) findings.
